I started training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) about 3 months ago. I’m still a white belt but as I have fresh experience in the beginner stages of jiu jitsu I feel its relevent to share my thoughts to anyone thinking of starting BJJ. I plan to discuss various elements of training over a series of blog posts and hopefully add new insight as I advance in my training.

do you do other martial arts?
what is your exercise/cardio program like? diet? nutrition? supplements?
